Expose the plate on the back to create a “cap” and maximize photosensitivity. The reverse exposure time varies depending on the required relief depth. Remove the protective sheet and record the image using Cyrel Digital Imager (CDI). Spend the main exposure. Process the plate in a Cyrel solvent processor to remove unexposed polymer. Finish to remove residual stickiness of the surface.
Монтаж форм
For mounting Cyrel DPI molds, the Cyrel Microflex Photopolymer Mold Mounting Tool is recommended. Double-sided adhesive tape must be glued to the surface of the plate cylinder or sleeve, not to the mold, for subsequent easy and accurate installation. The polyester base will maintain accurate register even for large forms.
Хранение необработанного материала
Unexposed plates should be stored in a cool place (4-32 C), away from direct heat sources. Humidity control is not required. Cyrel DPI packages contain foam gaskets that provide maximum mold protection during transport and storage. Boxes with plates are stored in horizontal position. Plates should not be exposed to direct sunlight or bright white light. Avoid exposure to ozone.

Cyrel DPI photopolymer plates need to be processed without the presence of UV light, i.e. fluorescent lamps should be coated with a special film that protects against UV radiation.

After printing, the forms must be thoroughly cleaned with a compatible solvent. They can be stored on plate cylinders or liners, or dismantled and stored flat.
