Prepress

One of the tasks solved by the design department is to compensate for the image parameters to obtain a predictable and stable result in the printing process that fully meets the expectations of the Client. Files are adapted to flexographic printing and the nature of orders using specialized software (graphic editors ArtPro and PackEdge from ESKO, multicolor color separation technology Opaltone ^® , etc.). Prepress is carried out by prepress units of Repropark Group of Companies, with more than 50 full-time employees specializing in different categories of work of varying degrees of complexity, with the involvement of technologists if necessary.

Prepress preparation of the original layout takes 1 to 3 working days, depending on the level of complexity of the work.
